2010-2011 Calendar

Studio Policy

1. Bills will be mailed at the start of each term and are payable upon receipt. If necessary, the bill can be divided into 2 payments. The second payment will be due within 60 days of the first payment.

2. Lessons will be taught during the months of June and August on a Pay-per-lesson basis.

3. In the event you must miss a lesson, please try to switch times with another student. Make up lessons will be provided if the schedule allows, but are not guaranteed. If a lesson must be cancelled by the teacher, arrangements will be made to compensate for the lesson. (substitute, make-up or refund)

4. Students are expected to have an instrument to practice on at home.

5. Parents are expected to provide a quiet environment in which to practice, as well as encouragement and the expectation of commitment to music lessons.

6. It is recommended that students practice 5 days per week. If a child does not practice consistently student, parent and teacher will meet to discuss the child's interest in studying music.

7. The teacher will clearly outline what is to be practiced, give concrete goals and prepare the student to practice on his own.

8. Students of Willow Music will have the opportunity to perform in at least one recital each year, as well as Guild Auditions and other County Musicales and performing opportunities.

All classes are billed per term.
